După zvonuri care au început acum un an şi detalii dezvăluite pe un site chinezesc, Crytek dezvăluie oficial primul său FPS online, alături de două imagini. Shooter-ul militar, plasat în viitorul apropiat, oferă experienţă cinematică la un grad deosebit de detaliu vizual, AI şi fizică bazate pe motorul proprietar CryENGINE 3. Ca în orice MMO, Warface va oferi un univers PvE plin de misiuni cooperative, dar şi un set complet de clase pentru PvP.
Desigur, jocul este pe PC, dar Crytek arată că este realizat special pentru pieţele asiatice, în special în Coreea, fiind de altfel co-realizat de Crytek Seoul.
